Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order meets the following conditions:

Eligible for Return or Replacement:
You may request a return/replacement if:
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective item
  • You received the wrong item
Important Conditions:
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video (from the moment of opening the sealed package) is mandatory
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Not Eligible for Return:
  • Opened or used products
  • Fragrance or personal preference concerns
  • Claims made beyond the stipulated time window
  • Items returned without prior approval
How to Request a Return or Replacement
  1. Contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery:

  2. Include the following:
    • Order ID
    • Full name, address, and contact details
    • Original packing slip & confirmation email
    • Clear photo/video evidence of the issue (with unboxing footage)
  3. Once approved, you may either:
    • Ship the item back using a trackable courier, or
    • We will arrange for a return pickup (where available)

Please allow 14 business days for return inspection and resolution.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds unless:

  • A replacement is not possible due to out-of-stock products
  • The item was not delivered, and the issue was reported within 24 hours of the delivery being marked

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5-7 business working days of return approval
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method/added to your account/voucher code for your next shopping with feelthings.com

Shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned items due to customer error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect items

Clear photo/video evidence of the issue (with unboxing footage)

If we cannot replace the item, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order:

  • Within 2 hours of placing it (if it hasn’t been shipped)
  • Post-shipment: Only if the item is received as damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the return and refund policy.

To cancel:

  • Email us at support@feelthings.com with your Order ID

Orders once processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Additional Important Information
  • If your package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately via email.
  • Claims without valid unboxing video evidence or late submissions will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to deny return/refund/cancel requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
