Shipping & Delivery Policy
Feelthings, we want you to receive your favorite products quickly, safely, and without any hassle. Please take a moment to read about our shipping and delivery process.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and packed within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During busy periods (like sale events or festive seasons), there might be a slight delay, but we do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timeline
- We deliver across India within 5 to 7 working days.
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take more than 07 working days.
- Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- We ship to all locations across India.
- International shipping is currently not available.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders of ₹499 and above.
- For orders below ₹499, a shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include an additional ₹50 fee, regardless of order value.
- All shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you make payment.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order number.
- When your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and SMS.
- You can also track your order anytime using the “Track Order” option on our website.
Delivery Information
- Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, 7 days a week (excluding public holidays).
- Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. Changes cannot be made after dispatch.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the product will be returned. In such cases, both forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund, store credit, or discount voucher issued.
At the Time of Delivery
- Please be available to receive and sign for your order. If unavailable, someone else (such as a family member or neighbor) may receive it on your behalf.
- We are not responsible for deliveries signed by third parties.
- If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
- Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our support team based on return/refund policies.
